Dear A&P Committee Members,
Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, meetings to be held on March 25 and April 1 will be teleconferenced remotely. You will be able to access using a phone or laptop. Meeting log-in information and report templates will be provided to you at a future date, prior to your scheduled meeting.
The meeting will still convene at the designated time.
Please have the following ready for this meeting:
- A secure phone line or laptop for remote access
- A confidential work space
- Prepared notes on the candidates going up for reappointment
Your meeting will be initiated by a Division Dean and/or a representative from SAS-Human Resources.
It will be necessary for the committee to designate one member to author a memo of advice to the Executive Dean and to record the vote. Please make this determination at the start of your meeting. While preferable, it is not necessary to finalize this memo of advice while on the actual call.
An SAS Human Resources representative will circulate the memo to all committee members for final approval.
Once you have completed your full discussion of each candidate, you may end your call. It will not be necessary to check in with a Dean prior to the end of the meeting.
