Mary-Elizabeth supports all departments in the Math and Physical Sciences, Division of Life Sciences, and International programs. She processes all Courtesy, Short-Term Visitor, and Post-Doctoral appointments in the School of Arts and Sciences. In addition, she assists with processing appointments for Part-Time Lecturers and Coadjutants. Mary-Elizabeth also assists in the promotion, tenure, and reappointment process for tenure-track and non-tenure track faculty by reviewing promotion and reappointment packets. She serves as an I-9 and HCM preparer to onboard employees (staff, students, and faculty), and works with UHR to ensure that all School of Arts and Sciences employees have current I-9s.
Mary-Elizabeth joined Rutgers University and the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office as a Class 4 Seasonal Clerical Assistant in July of 2017 working with the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures. Mary-Elizabeth accepted the Class 1 Human Resources Assistant position in November of 2017. Mary-Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Anthropology from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
