Stephanie serves as an I-9 and HCM Preparer for the School of Arts and Sciences for staff, faculty, and students. She works with the I-9 Compliance Coordinators at UHR to ensure that all School of Arts and Sciences employees are in compliance with federal regulations which pertain to I-9 processing and reverifications being completed in a timely manner. Stephanie is responsible for processing hourly payroll for the SAS Dean’s Office employees and assists departments as needed. In addition, she oversees the Federal Work Study program for the Dean’s Office in accordance with federal regulations, as well as partnering with the Student Employment Office. Stephanie oversees the file management of electronic faculty files for easy accessibility. Furthermore, she works on updating the SAS-HR website with upcoming events, news, and human resources processes and hopes it has become a good resource for all employees and SAS departments.
Stephanie joined Rutgers University and the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office as a Class 4 Clerical Assistant Seasonal in April of 2016. She then accepted a Class 1 position in September of 2016. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).
