Victoria is the Human Resources Manager for the School of Arts and Sciences, Office of Human Resources supporting all departments in the Division of Math and Physical Sciences, the Division of Life Sciences, SAS Undergraduate Education, EOF and Honors. Victoria manages all staff related matters for Class 1 staff both non-aligned and staff covered by the URA-AFT collective bargaining agreement. She provides guidance for recruitment, hiring, and compliance of staff contractual agreements and policies. She also leads the review and development process for onboarding, orientation, and performance management for all new Class 1, Class 3, and Class 4 staff.
Victoria joined the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office as a temporary Class 4 Clerical Assistant Seasonal in December of 2016. She was hired as a full-time Human Resources Assistant in April of 2017 and has taken on more duties over the years as she progressed to her current role of Human Resources Manager in September 2024. Victoria has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Kean University.
