Human Resources - Academics

The Academics team in the Office of Human Resources is responsible for all administrative processes related to tenured, tenure-track faculty, non-tenure track faculty including promotions, re-appointments, leaves, and salary adjustments. 

The Academics team ensures compliance with University and School of Arts and Sciences employment policies, procedures, labor agreements, and accepted practice with respect to tenured, tenure-track, non-tenure track faculty matters. We provide administrative direction, coordination, and implementation of employment programs and procedures for faculty at SAS, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Labor Relations, University Human Resources, and University Counsel.
