Budget Adjustments and Journal Entries

The current fiscal year budget is initially modified during the working budget process.  Changes after the working budget are made through permanent and temporary budget adjustments using paper forms.  Non salary budget adjustments can also be made using Web ADI.  Journal entries are used to record transfers between accounts and are created electronically using Web ADI.
